Delete your NeoDivergent account
You can delete your account inside the app: go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account.
If you no longer have the app, email info@neodivergent.ca from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.
What is deleted: your account (email address and account ID), all of your cloud backups, and your subscription record.
What is kept: nothing. Apple or Google keep their own records of purchases under their own policies. We keep a note that you asked for deletion for 12 months, to show we completed it.
Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google Play settings first.
Information still on your phone is not affected. Delete the app to remove it.
